I don't have a website. Can you create one for my company? Will this work be part of the package you're offering or will I need to pay extra?

We can create a website for your company. We will work up to two hours per month creating one or two pages at a time depending on the complexity of the pages, as part of the monthly rate of $89 CAD, after the one time set up fee of $49 CAD. If you want us to spend more than two hours a month to get your website up and running the way you want, we will bill you at a rate of $59 CAD an hour to get it done.

There are more than forty employees in my company. I want everyone to have his or her own email address. Is this possible?

Yes. We can create a separate email box for every employee, or department, in your company. This service is included in our package.

My web site is currently hosted by another company. Can I still use your services?

Yes. We will make changes to your web site on your current internet service provider's server. However limitations or delays may be caused by your hosting company which we cannot control. To avoid this we encourage you to move your websites to our servers. You will also save on web hosting costs.

My domain name is registered with another domain registrar. Will you renew it for free?

To be able to renew your domain name for free it must be transferred to us. We will help you transfer your domain name with no downtime and we will pay the transfer and renewal fees.

My website is very slow. Can you help?

Websites are often slow because:
1. the web server is overloaded or of a poor quality,
2. the connection to the web server is slow or
3. the website is designed poorly.
We can deal with these problems. Our servers are low-loaded and of a high quality. We use multiple connections which are fast and stable. We optimize the website code and pictures so they load super fast.

Can I monitor who visits my website?

Yes, and we can provide you with various kinds of statistics of visits.

I want to include an application form on my web site so that my customers can fill it and send it to me. Is this something you can do?

Yes. We can create a form on your web site. Your customers will be able to send you requests, questions or orders. You'll receive them in your email box and/or have them stored in a database.

Why isn't my website listed higher up on search engines? Can you help?

Many websites are designed in ways that are "unfriendly" to search engines. Such websites are often dropped from search engine results. Though we cannot guarantee results, we will carefully analyse your website and make changes to improve your chances with search engines.

I want to have a message board, forum or guestbook on my website. Can you create one?

There are many third party software applications available to do this. We will set up the required software on your website and adjust it to your needs as best we can.

How do I pay for your services?

You can pay with credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx), check, money order, PayPal or wire transfer.
